Refund Policy
1. Conditions for Refunds
Due to the immediate nature of our processing system, full refunds are only issued if we are notified before the application processing begins, or under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Site errors resulting in duplicate charges.
- Inability to process due to technical failures on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Conditions
Once your application data is transmitted for official processing, the service fee is strictly non-refundable. This applies heavily to:
- Incorrect personal data (e.g., misspelled name, wrong passport number) provided by the user.
- Delays caused by official government portals going offline or performing maintenance.
- Changes in travel plans or flight cancellations.
3. Refund Process & Timeframe
To request a refund, please contact [email protected] with your transaction ID. Approved refunds are processed directly back to the original method of payment via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
