1. Statement of Services
TDAC Agency is a private, third-party entity offering expert assistance and streamlined processing for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card. We are not officially affiliated with the government of Thailand. Our service fee is charged for our review, formatting, and expedited handling of your application on your behalf.
2. Payment Terms
Our service carries a non-refundable one-time fee of $45 USD per applicant. By submitting the payment, you agree to these charges for the manual labor and processing network fees incurred immediately upon application receipt.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide 100% accurate, up-to-date information matching your official travel documents (e.g., passport). We accept no liability for applications delayed or denied resulting from incorrect details provided by the user.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event will TDAC Agency be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or website, including travel delays or denied boarding resulting from missing or delayed TDAC processing, particularly when caused by events beyond our control.
